Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and nautical accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
