Easy to use:

1. Attach one end of the hammock to the spinnaker pole ring on the mast (or a halyard) using the soft-shackle supplied


2. On the other end, a saddle folds around the forestay (or attach it to a genoa halyard and fix this to the toe rail with a short rope)
